Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout. The downloadable link will be sent within 24 hours to the provided address.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Digital discouts services provides a 30-day money-back guarantee if you are dissatisfied with your purchase. Refunds will be processed within 30 working days, either via credits or direct bank deposit. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used.
Refunds are typically issued under the following circumstances:
Non-Delivery of Product: Must be reported in writing within 30 days.
Download/Unzipping Issues: Must be reported to our Technical Support within 30 days.
Major Defects: If unresolved within 72 hours of report, a full refund or replacement will be issued.
Product Not-As-Described: Must be reported within 30 days with clear proof.
